Lesotho based rapper, artist and song writer, Rampoi Matete stage named Grown, is about to make some noise as he releases his brand new song on the 25th April this year.
Speaking to Achiever Magazine, Grown said the name of the song is Admit It. In this hit he is featuring L-Tore which he considers to be a massive achievement for he had always dreamed of working with him.
“With this song, I am celebrating my success. I am sharing my music journey with my fans, how much I have accomplished through their support, I want them to know that I am moving forward, there is no stopping to my hustle, “said Grown.
Admit it follows 7 songs written and voiced by this Limkokwing University student who is doing his third year in International Tourism.
Sharing part of his journey, he brought to light that he started writing songs in 2015 and joined a family music group named Legacy Entertainment in Mokhotlong where he originates. The group paved his way to perform at the annual event called Monate Fever in 2017.
“I met Skebz D on this show, he realized my potential and he signed me for Cool Music Records, CMR. This opportunity made me to unleash my full potential because it requires a committed person,” stated a 23 years local rapper.
Answering the question as to what keeps him going in this industry, he said the style he uses which is mixing Rhythm and blues, and RNB and Hip-hop genres gives him more advantage over other artists.
Grown has produced two music videos of his songs and he is working on producing more video content. He is also on the verge of releasing his first album end of April.
